CONFIRMATION AND DOCUMENTATION: Once the purchase order is received and its regularity checked, Atteneri Gómez will send the buyer a confirmation communication to the email address provided, confirming the transaction, at which point the sale will be considered completed, and the contract concluded. PRICES AND MODIFICATIONS: The prices applicable to each COURSE are those indicated on the website on the date of the request, including all applicable taxes. RETURN POLICY: The buyer will have a period of 24 natural hours from the date of contract conclusion to withdraw from it, and in any case, always before the course content is provided. Once the course content is provided, withdrawal will not be possible even if the indicated period has not expired. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires. Atteneri Gómez will refund the purchase amount without withholding any expenses within a maximum period of 14 natural days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. COURSE EXECUTION: The course content delivery will be made within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of contract conclusion (purchase time) to the email account provided by the buyer in the corresponding purchase form.

Atteneri Gómez will respond to received claims as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of one month from the claim's presentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TAROTBYATTENERI: Atteneri Gómez guarantees the quality of the products offered through this website. The store's availability directly depends on the state of the telecommunication systems used for its publication, particularly the Internet, so Femxa cannot be held responsible for interruptions, delays, errors, and other inconveniences that originate from causes beyond their control or that of their IT providers, including issues derived from connection software, computer system, modem or router, electrical power, or telecommunication networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER-CUSTOMER: The user agrees to use the products offered through this website lawfully, without contravening current legislation or infringing on the rights and interests of third parties.
